1If I lease an apartment for a period of 17 years, what happen to the apartment after the 17 years? happen to the apartment after the 17 years?
The lease period terminates at exactly 17 years you signed in your lease agreement prior when the tenure started reading
2Is there any other payment(s) to be made aside the lease price?
Yes, extras fees are applicable which attracts 10% Agency fee and 10% Legal fee.
3Do you have any payment plan/Installment payments?
Yes we have a short spread payment plan in between the construction period of our properties.
4What title/bond covers my interest?
Deed of sublease between you and the Property Owner/Developer
5I understand that most of your properties are off-plan or under construction, What if you don’t deliver as at when you promise, What happens to my money?
We are disciplined with our projections, 95% of our past projects were completed earlier or exactly when we promise our clients, the remaining 5% was quiet delayed due to natural or government factors such as weather, and building approvals, in this case we urge our subscribers to give us two months moratorium period with compensational discount on our future developments.
